For all of you who are struggling to find enough hours in your weekdays for some self-care, we’ve introduced a new Saturday morning class at 9am with our amazing teacher Nicole Porter. Nicole is a 500hr qualified yoga teacher who has held retreats and studied around the world for more than 15 years. The 90 minute class is a blend of Hatha/Vinyasa with a strong emphasis on mindfulness. First class is free.
