For all of you who are struggling to find enough hours in your weekdays for some self-care, we’ve introduced a new Saturday morning class at 9am with our amazing teacher Nicole Porter. Nicole is a 500hr qualified yoga teacher who has held retreats and studied around the world for more than 15 years. The 90 minute class is a blend of Hatha/Vinyasa with a strong emphasis on mindfulness.
First class is free.
Mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and eye pillows provided.
Held in the Harmony room, underneath Beaches Restaurant.
We are adding this class to our existing schedule of yoga on Mondays 6pm and our wonderful meditation class every Wednesday at 6pm in which Nicole and her partner Brendan Ries engage in a lot of open dialogue to work with each individual to build up their practice.
