New October class schedule sees the launch of WolfYoga
We are excited to announce the launch of WolfYoga, a style of yoga developed by our Head Teacher Grant Wolf Whitfield over the course of his 20+ years teaching and training around the world.
WolfYoga is Grant Wolf Whitfield’s personal blend of a variety of traditional and non-traditional Hatha Yoga approaches. Flowing sequences combine elements of Hatha Vinyasa, Synergy-Yoga, Pilates, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Pranic-Flow, Ki and Dance. All sequences include breathing and meditation from ancient and modern sources as well as featuring each week one of the seven natural principles of yoga applied in meditation and relaxation.
WolfYoga will soon be commencing WolF-Flow Seasonal Sequences which will allow participants to improve and expand upon their practice as they focus on one main sequence, designed to reflect the qualities and the balancing of energies for each season.
Grant will be offering both Foundational classes which are suitable for beginners as well as Open classes which are suitable for those wanting to expand on their practice.
